Information we receive
When you submit an enquiry or correction request, we receive the information you enter, a consent timestamp and a one-way hash used for abuse prevention. We do not publish this information. Do not include unnecessary identity, financial or evidential material in an initial message.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to assess and respond to your request, administer conflicts and security checks, and maintain an auditable communication record. A submission does not itself create a lawyer–client relationship.
Access and security
Enquiries are held in a private, role-restricted queue. Public website users cannot read them. Staff access should be limited to SG Enquiry Manager or SG Website Manager roles and reviewed regularly.
Retention and deletion
Each workflow must assign a proportionate retention date. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent to [email protected], subject to legal and professional record-keeping duties.
Recruitment information
Applications will not open until a secure applicant workflow, privacy notice, private file controls, role-limited access and retention process are configured. The public site does not collect criminal-history or licence data.
External sources
Court and statute links lead to third-party official websites governed by their own privacy and access terms.
